Pumpkin and tahini cheesecake, an obligatory pumpkin treat for celebrating this time of year.
Its that time of year again when pumpkins are everywhere and its hard to resist buying them all. I always like to get at least one to make the house really feel like autumn. There also always has to be at least one pumpkin based treat. Last year I made a pumpkin and cobnut loaf cake, this year its a pumpkin and tahini cheesecake. The cheesecake is baked and the base is made from those lovely caramelised lotus biscoff biscuits. My boyfriend is quite the cheesecake connoisseur and this one past his test I’m pleased to say.
I’m afraid this post is going to be a little short this week. I’m currently writing this late at night, my family have come to stay for a few days and are now all in bed after a busy but lovely day soaking up Edinburgh’s history.
